So today at 10 am EST I had a closing that I didn’t even go to. In fact, I was at the gym while the closing was taking place.  After the gym I went to pick up my check… it’s a small one, but I take small money too 😉 Here’s how the deal went… A couple of weeks ago, I signed contracts on this Bank Owned Property. It was owned by ThirdFifth Bank.  I immediately found a cash buyer and flipped the property to him. He gave me $500 up front and then I received the $1500 balance today.

I do these deals all the time, in fact I just picked up a property for $5000 last week. It’s a Fannie Mae deal and I have a buyer coming to Pennsylvania from New Jersey to buy this property for $10,000 from me this coming Friday. (Actually, she’s purchasing 2 properties from me and I will make $10,000. But one of them is not bank owned). That’s $12000 this week!! I will send you proof of these checks too.
