short redemption periods
2. Find the best county to buy properties in that state
3. Find areas that have online auctions
4. Search for counties online and contact them for your list
5. Research the list and find the estimated values of each. Do
your due diligence.
6. Mark the properties that you want and the max amount you're
7. Find out when the auctions are
8. Buy some properties
9. Get paid by assigning the certificates, selling the lien to an
investor for a profit, or collecting when the homeowner redeems, etc.
