Selling the Leads When Investing in Real Estate

Happy Sunday,

I received a great question from a subscriber / investor by the
name of Teddy yesterday in response to the post that I sent out.
I wanted to share the question and response with you because I
think you'll benefit from it 🙂

Anyway, here's the questions:

Jamel would it not be better to get the leads put them under
contract versus selling the leads for a hundred bucks?

And here's my response:

Great question Teddy,

The simple answer is, I would do both.  Selling the leads is a
great way to make additional revenue from your real estate business.  
It's almost like the car shop that repairs your car and keeps the
parts in order to make a few bucks from them at the junk yard.

That's exactly why in the email I sent you, I mentioned that
you'll want to do this "in addition" to your other methods.  
It's a great way to earn extra money in your business.  
And I don't know about you, but I like "extra income" 🙂
