Let me explain why flipping houses is the best business in the world. Remember those letters that I sent out 2 days ago and I told you that I will keep you posted on the results. Well so far I got 3 calls today (2 days after I sent them out) and I’m buying one of them. I’m getting the property at a 50% discount and I’m looking to wholesale it as my exit strategy. Turns out that those letters were effective. Guess what? I only sent out 50 letters. Not a bad ROI.
So today, I’m going to take pictures of the house. I will post them tomorrow. The media says that the house flipping industry is dead… but that’s far from the truth. If you get out there and TAKE ACTION, use simple resources to get started and be positive, then things will always work for you. You don’t have to spend a ton of money to find deals. Obviously, the more you spend the more deals you get. But I just showed you what can be done in 2 days using the right techiques.
So let me recap this weeks activities:
I bought 2 houses and sold both of them for a total of $6000 in profit. ( I will provide proof of the checks after closing), then I bought a property today (which is Saturday) NOT A BAD WEEK! The deals are out there, but you have to make your presence known in your farming areas. Try different things and be creative. And don’t think for one minute that you won’t be able to sell the properties… I just sold 2 this week!!
So get out there and be PRODUCTIVE!!!
